Cities and "suburbs" in District 3: San Pedro, Lomita, and Wilmington, including the “Dominguez Hills and Rancho Dominguez" suburbs or portions of South Carson and Compton, and the “Harbor City" suburb or Harbor Gateway and other unincorporated areas in the “LA County Strip”.
Note: approximately 90% or more of the District 3 Groups are located in San Pedro.
